Hi, my name is Theon and I’m a facilitator, coach, and producer who has worked with clients like MTV/Paramount, Spotify, Aspen Institute, Global Citizen, Rachel Goldstein & Co., Global & Collective, High Tides Consulting, Represented Foundation, Four A’s Foundation, Washington Post, Garrison Institute, LaborLess, Rebecca KellyG’s “Room to Breathe,” and more.
My professional work is about transforming in-person & virtual spaces into “inviting homes” through connection, intentional planning, creating safety, and fostering vulnerability. As an intersectional community-builder, I am adept at strategic planning, engagement curation, and coaching. My main focus is helping impact-driven professionals create experiences (i.e., workshops, seminars, etc.) that help audiences feel seen, heard, and realized.
Whether you have an existing event or workshop series, my skills in facilitation, project management, production, and creativity — combined with my values-based purpose — have made me an unique and integral asset in the social impact space for nearly a decade.
